He has managed numerous operational and transactional issues, such as sales representatives, vendor contracts, and product liability issues, significantly aiding entrepreneurs and high-growth companies during start-up and capitalization phases. His expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales, reorganizations, and sophisticated financial structures such as warrants, options, and convertible debt is unparalleled. Tom earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and an A.B. in Economics from the University of Illinois.
